Ger O'Neill is an Irish showjumper based at Castlefield Stables in his native County Kilkenny where he is in the process of building a world class training facility for sport horses. A current world champion of 6 year old horses, Ger’s stables are a predominantly sales-based facility with a specific focus on producing horses to compete at World Cup and Nations Cup level.

Married to Ali, with whom he has two daughters, Ava and Taylor, Ger divides his time between producing, identifying and selling world class showjumping horses, in addition to competing at the very highest level of the sport. Demonstrating the family-orientated nature of the business, Ali looks after day to day administration which includes the management of a team of 6, whose contribution has been vital to the continued growth and success of Castlefield Sport Horses.

Jason Foley is the main rider at Castlefield, he joined the team in September 2017. A regular winner on the pony circuit, Jason has had some very impressive results to date including winning the Junior European Championships in 2018 on Ger’s horse Castlefield Vegas as well as being part of a number of winning nations cup teams, being placed in many national Grand Prixs and national young horse classes.
